These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website, including all pages, articles, stories, resources, downloads, images, graphics, characters, branding, and other content made available through www.riotandbloom.com and any related Riot + Bloom Collective webpages or digital spaces.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dr Natalja Nabinger de Diaz trading as Riot + Bloom Collective, based in Queensland, Australia.

Riot + Bloom Collective is an independent creative, educational, psychoeducational, and community-facing project. It sits separately from SANVT. Psychology, which is Dr Natalja Nabinger de Diaz's clinical psychology practice.

2. Riot + Bloom Collective is not a clinical service

Riot + Bloom Collective does not provide psychological treatment, assessment, diagnosis, crisis support, case management, or individual mental health advice.

All content on this website is provided for general information, education, reflection, creative, and/or entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, psychological assessment, psychiatric care, or advice from a qualified health professional who understands your individual circumstances.

Viewing, reading, downloading, purchasing, commenting on, sharing, or otherwise engaging with content from Riot + Bloom Collective does not create a psychologist-client relationship, therapeutic relationship, doctor-patient relationship, or professional advisory relationship.

Clinical services are provided only through SANVT. Psychology following appropriate referral, intake, consent, booking, and clinical processes.

Do not delay, disregard, or replace professional advice because of something you have read, watched, downloaded, purchased, or engaged with through Riot + Bloom Collective.

3. Relationship between Riot + Bloom Collective and SANVT. Psychology

Riot + Bloom Collective and SANVT. Psychology are separate projects.

SANVT. Psychology provides clinical psychology services. Riot + Bloom Collective provides general educational, creative, reflective, and community-facing content.

Nothing on the Riot + Bloom Collective website should be interpreted as clinical advice, a treatment recommendation, a personalised mental health plan, or an invitation to become a client of SANVT. Psychology.

If you are a current, former, or prospective client of SANVT. Psychology, you are not required or expected to follow, purchase from, donate through, or engage with Riot + Bloom Collective.

4. Use of this website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Download free resources where download permission is clearly provided

6. Milk + Mischief characters and stories

Milk + Mischief is a creative and educational storytelling branch of Riot + Bloom Collective.

The characters, stories, illustrations, written descriptions, visual designs, names, and associated materials connected with Luna, Archie, Annabelle, and the Milk + Mischief universe are protected creative materials.

You must not copy, redraw, reproduce, adapt, animate, merchandise, sell, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on these characters or stories without prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Copying or recreating character designs
Using the characters in your own products, books, resources, videos, posts, merchandise, templates, or educational materials
Creating commercial or public-facing works that are substantially based on Milk + Mischief characters, stories, images, or resources
Uploading the characters or stories into AI tools for image generation, text generation, training, imitation, or derivative content creation

7. Artificial intelligence, scraping, and machine learning use

You must not use any content from this website to train, fine-tune, prompt, develop, benchmark, scrape, dataset-build, or otherwise support any artificial intelligence system, machine learning system, large language model, image generation model, or similar technology without our prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Website copy
Blog posts
Stories
Downloadable resources
Images, illustrations, graphics, or character designs
Milk + Mischief character materials
Educational frameworks, prompts, worksheets, or templates
Any other Riot + Bloom Collective content or materials

Automated scraping, harvesting, bulk downloading, or data extraction from this website is not permitted without prior written permission.

8. Unsolicited submissions

Please do not send us unsolicited story ideas, character concepts, illustrations, resource concepts, business ideas, product ideas, scripts, manuscripts, or other creative materials unless we have invited you to do so in writing.

If you send unsolicited material, you acknowledge that:

We may already be developing similar ideas
No confidential, fiduciary, collaborative, professional, or payment relationship is created by your submission
We are not obliged to review, return, keep confidential, pay for, credit, or respond to unsolicited material
You remain responsible for ensuring that anything you send does not infringe another person's rights

If you would like to discuss a potential collaboration, please contact us first and wait for written agreement before sending substantive creative material.

9. Collaborations, partnerships, and contributions

Any collaboration, guest contribution, licensing arrangement, partnership, commissioned work, consulting arrangement, revenue-sharing arrangement, or creative contribution must be agreed in writing before work begins.

No collaboration, partnership, employment, agency, joint venture, licence, ownership interest, or revenue-sharing arrangement is created unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement approved by us.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Riot + Bloom Collective retains ownership of its existing intellectual property, brand materials, characters, frameworks, resources, and creative materials.

10. Purchases and products

At present, this website may display products, resources, stories, projects, or ideas that are in development or not yet available for purchase.

If we offer paid digital products, merchandise, courses, memberships, subscriptions, downloadable resources, or other paid materials in the future, additional terms may apply. These may include terms relating to pricing, payment, delivery, refunds, consumer guarantees, product licences, usage rights, digital access, shipping, fulfilment, cancellations, and product-specific conditions.

Any additional product-specific terms will be made available before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

11. Fundraising, donation links, and community-giving statements

From time to time, this website may link to third-party fundraising pages, donation platforms, charitable campaigns, or community-giving initiatives.
